Argyle Legion Park Shelter Rental Request

Please provide information about yourself:

• Verify availability on your requested dates with the Clerk’s Office.
• Refer to the Parks & Recreation page for a map of the park shelters.

Please provide information about your event:

• No glass bottles allowed in the shelter house.
• All minors served alcoholic beverages will be the responsibility of their parent.  If a parent is not present, the person responsible for the shelter area will be held liable.

Cost of Rental: $35.00 / day

Fee is due to the Clerk’s Office no less than 2 business days before the event.  Rental cost subject to change based on Village Board discretion.

Rental of the shelter house includes the use of picnic tables.  The baseball and softball fields are used on nights and weekends for practices and games for many different leagues.  The Village is not responsible for any vehicle damage that may be caused by foul balls.  Please ask everyone at your event to park their vehicles with this in mind.  

• I acknowledge that submission of this form is a request for the Village Clerk to review room availability and does not guarantee the shelter is available at the requested time
• I acknowledge the Village of Argyle reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone and can cancel my reservation within 1 business day of receiving this form
• I acknowledge the clean-up of any areas used for this event are my responsibility and I will take trash with me
• I acknowledge that no glass bottles are allowed in the shelter and I will be responsible for the supervision of activities during this event and the conduct of persons present
• I will be responsible for any damage to property inside and outside and will be billed repair costs for any damage
