Annual Chili Cook-Off Contestant Sign-Up Form

Please provide information about yourself and your entry:

• Winners will be announced shortly after 3 pm.
• Participants are responsible for everything needed for set-up and clean-up of space reserved including providing their own table, a full Nesco of chili for attendees to taste, and an extension cord.
• The Village of Argyle will provide supplies necessary for tasing (e.g. cups, napkins)
• The Village of Argyle reserves the right to deny any participant
